DATA & PRIVACY
Know what
connects.
This page describes the technical data handling of the SecretJuice workspace. Campaign-specific data terms must be agreed with each partner before tracking starts.
Public site
The public content site does not include third-party advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting service receives the network information needed to serve each request.
Account access
Google sign-in requests your account identifier and email address. The workspace uses a session cookie to keep approved accounts signed in. It does not request Gmail or Drive access.
Campaign tracking
When a campaign partner installs a tracking tag, the collector can receive an event type, campaign and ad identifiers, request time, source IP address, user agent, and referrer origin. An IP address may belong to an ad server or shared network. It does not identify a person by itself.
Call records
Call imports can include the call identifier, dialed campaign number, timestamp, duration, and acceptance status. The import format does not request caller numbers or call recordings.
Access and retention
Campaign reports require an approved account. Raw event archives remain private. Production retention and access settings must follow the campaign’s agreed data terms.
